Stuck/Seized Seatpost Removal

We use a specially designed frame that safely and securely holds the bike in perfect alignment. This allows us to draw a stuck or seized seatpost out without any twisting movement.

This is extremely important, as twisting a seized seatpost can put excessive stress on the frame and potentially cause serious damage. Our purpose-built frame keeps everything perfectly inline, allowing the seatpost to be removed in a controlled manner while protecting the bike frame.

We can also machine custom clamps to suit virtually any seatpost, allowing us to securely grip and draw the post out using our frame.

If the seatpost has already been damaged or previous removal attempts have been made, we can machine internal wedges specifically for the post. These allow us to grip the seatpost internally and carefully draw it out without putting damaging twisting forces through the frame.

Our process is designed to give us maximum control while keeping the bike frame protected throughout the removal.
